Turning an overwhelming opportunity for growth, into a structured and repeatable launch system was critical in helping Stride break into the private school sector. With just two months to launch partnerships with seven schools, Crow built a templatized blueprint that enabled us to deliver 30+ assets on budget and on schedule — while also creating a solid foundation for future expansion.

The challenge
When the opportunity to expand into the private school sector presented itself, Stride had to act quickly to avoid missing the enrollment window. Working with seven different schools, they needed to balance each institution’s unique value proposition with Stride’s master brand. At the same time, they had to manage the process of executing, approving, and launching creative across multiple channels within 60 days.
