The Goal

Position Kaiser Permanente as a low-cost, high quality provider. All while managing a lower annual budget and more aggressive lead goals. 


Using low rates as an entry point and reinforcing Kaiser Permanente's commitment to high-quality care, we were able to consistently meet or exceed our lead goal month after month. This coupled with more efficient formats helped us lower the average cost per lead by 20-40%.

Utilizing these savings we were able to test digital initiatives. Our creative tripled traditional online leads, helping Kaiser Permanente build a case to invest more in digital the following year.
